Telenor Pakistan announced the new tagline for its Talkshawk brand: ‘sachhi yaari, sab pe bhaari’ during a press conference yesterday.
Irfan Wahab Khan, Chief Marketing Officer, Telenor Pakistan, unveiled the the new tagline and explained the philosophy behind the move.
Citing a research report – conducted by Telenor Pakistan – Mr. Irfan Wahab maintained that Telenor Pakistan is ranked as the most reliable cellular operator in terms of transparent communication and charging.
Report had concluded that cellular customers are most concerned about hidden charges, auto renewals and loss of balance.
Mr. Wahab claimed that Telenor goes a step ahead to take extra care of these concerns to ultimately earn the trust of customers.
He said that the new tagline reflects customers’ trust earned over the years by Talkshawk. The term “Sachi Yaari” represents the same trust and relation of Talkshawk with all kind of segments.
Mr. Wahab termed the Talkshawk as country’s top cellular brand with over 26 million subscribers earned just seven years.
CMO emphasized that under the new tagline, Talkshawk will reinforce its approach towards clarity and transparency, reflecting exactly what is being offered i.e. not calling an offer free or unlimited if there are subscription charges or a limit to it respectively.
