here with this post. Friends, have you ever thought to install windows 8
 from your Pen Drive. If not, then we are going to tell you deeply and 
after reading this post you will be able to install windows in your 
home PC, friends ‘s PC and other PC also. So, without wasting a single 
second lets move to the tutorial we are providing on installing windows

To reboot your PC, you must have to go into BIOS configuration to boot your PC from USB drive.<br />
<br />
<span style="color: blue;"><b>1.</b></span> Reboot your system.<br />
<br />
<b><span style="color: blue;">2.</span></b> During booting, ensure that you are doing it before Windows starts
 loading, just jump into the BIOS configuration screen by typing hotkeys
 like F1, F2, Delete or Escape buttons. You will all Hotkey instructions
 on your screen.<br />
<br />
<span style="color: blue;"><b>3.</b></span> Jump into the BIOS in which your boot devices are there.<br />
<br />
<b><span style="color: blue;">4.</span></b> The USB drive might not be listed there. If it is not there, then,
 it means that your system is not supporting booting from USB drive. 
Supposing that it is supported, promoting our USB drive to the primary 
boot device.<br />
<br />
<span style="color: blue;"><b>5.</b></span> At last, exit from the BIOS configuration with saving all changes.<br />
<br />

peculiar trait that we humans have, and that's our obsession with

Improving our lot has been a fixation throughout virtually all of 
human history, so it shouldn't come as any great surprise that Microsoft
 couldn't help itself when it became time to update its OS -- an OS that
 we had all learned to use expertly over the last 20 years or so.<br />
That obsession, along with a need to keep about 100,000 employees 
occupied, resulted in Windows 8's improvements over Windows 7 -- the 
strange omission of the Start button and the hiding of the Windows 
Desktop, that icon-studded screen we used to launch into.<br />
Well, if you don't like improvement, are simply a Luddite or just 
fondly miss the Windows Desktop, you can take matters into your own 
hands. Here's how to start Windows 8.1 into Desktop mode -- bypassing 
the new, improved tile-based look -- plus a couple of other tricks.

Update Windows 8 to Free Windows 8.1 (If You Haven't Already)
</h2>
<b>Step 1:</b> Make a backup of your personal files by swiping
 in from the right edge of the screen and choosing Search. Enter the 
term File History Settings and then click on the results and follow the 
instructions to perform the backup.<br />
<i>Tip:</i> You'll need an external drive, like a USB memory drive.<br />
<b>Step 2:</b> Touch or click on the Store tile on the Start page.<br />
<b>Step 3:</b> Choose the free Windows 8.1 Update and 
select Download. Allow the update to proceed and complete. Then restart 
the PC and sign in.
<br />

Configure the Desktop Startup
</h2>
<b>Step 1:</b> Launch the Desktop from the Start page by clicking on the tile labeled Desktop.<br />
<b>Step 2:</b> Right-click on the Taskbar.<br />
<i>Tip:</i> The Taskbar is the solid-colored strip below the wallpaper.<br />
<b>Step 3:</b> Choose Properties and then the Navigation tab in the resulting box.<br />
<b>Step 4:</b> Scroll down to the dialog, "When I sign in 
or close all apps on a screen, go to the Desktop instead of Start," and 
check the checkbox. Click on OK.<br />
The next time you restart your computer, the Start tile-based page 
will be skipped, and you'll launch into a Windows 7-style desktop 
instead. Hooray for the Luddites.<br />
<i>Tip:</i> While you're on the Desktop page, check out the 
new-in-Windows 8.1 Windows icon in the bottom-left corner. It's a Start 
button of sorts, and clicking on it alternates you between the 
tile-infested Start page and the lovable classic Desktop page.

Launching Into the App Page
</h2>
Adding insult to injury in the Windows 8 environment, you may have 
noticed that the Start page -- the one with all of the newfangled tiles 
-- doesn't include all of the apps that you've painstakingly searched 
for and downloaded.<br />
The full listing of apps are in a page called Apps, not Start. You 
can get to the Apps page by clicking on the new-in-Windows 8.1 Down 
arrow in the bottom-left corner of the Windows 8.1 Start page if you 
want to see that page.<br />
Here's how to launch straight into Apps from Desktop, bypassing Start.<br />
<b>Step 1:</b> Launch the Desktop from the Start page by clicking on the tile labeled Desktop.<br />
<b>Step 2:</b> Right-click on the Taskbar.<br />
<b>Step 3:</b> Choose Properties and then the Navigation tab in the resulting box.<br />

Enabling an Administrator Account in Win8</h2>
You’ll first need to open an elevated command prompt in Windows 8. 
This will allow you to open up a command prompt as an administrator, 
even if you’re not logged in as one. Let’s walk through the process 
step-by-step.<br />

<br />

<strong>1.</strong> While logged in to either the Windows 8 Start Screen or the traditional desktop, use the <strong>Windows Key + X</strong> keyboard shortcut to open up the Windows 8 Quick Access Menu.<br />

<strong>2.</strong> Select <strong>Command Prompt (Admin)</strong>.<br />

<strong>3.</strong> Depending on your UAC settings for Windows 8, you
 may get a user access control dialog box like the one shown below in 
Figure 2. Click <strong>Yes</strong> if the prompt appears.<br />

<strong>4.</strong> Type <strong>lusrmgr.msc</strong> in the newly-opened command prompt window and press<strong> Enter</strong>.<br />

<strong>5.</strong> A window entitled lusrmgr – [Local Users and Groups (Local)] opens. <strong>Open the Users folder</strong>, and you’ll see a list of all the local users on the current PC. Right-click on the Administrator account and choose <strong>Set Password</strong>.<br />

<strong>6.</strong> In the "Set Password for Administrator" Window click <strong>Proceed</strong>.<br />

 This is the procedure by which you create a single file, called an ISO 
image, that contains all the data stored on the Windows 8 setup DVD 
disc.<br />
 Once you have an ISO image created from your Windows 8 disc, come back 
here and continue on with this tutorial which will explain how to get 
that ISO file onto a flash drive.<br /><br /><b>Note:</b> If you 
already know how to create ISO files with your favorite program, often 
called "ripping," then do so in whatever way you're used to doing it. 
However, if you've never created an ISO image, or don't have a program 
installed right now that does it, please see the linked tutorial above 
for complete instructions on doing so with a free program.<br />

 This free program from Microsoft properly <a href="http://pcsupport.about.com/od/termsf/g/format.htm">formats</a> your flash drive and then copies the contents of the Windows 8 installation ISO file you have to that flash drive.<br /><br /><b>Note:</b> Don't worry that this program has <i>Windows 7</i> in the title. This program works perfectly well with Windows 8 ISO files and can be installed in Windows 8, <a href="http://pcsupport.about.com/od/windows7/a/windows-7.htm">Windows 7</a>, <a href="http://pcsupport.about.com/od/windowsvista/a/windows-vista.htm">Windows Vista</a>, or <a href="http://pcsupport.about.com/od/windowsxp/a/windows-xp.htm">Windows XP</a>.<br />
  </li>
<li>Start the <i>Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool</i> program. You 
should be able to find the shortcut on the Desktop, as well as in your 
Start menu or on your Start screen, depending on which version of 
Windows you installed the program on.<br />
  </li>
<li>Click <b>Browse</b> on the <i>Step 1 of 4: Choose ISO file</i> screen.<br />
  </li>
<li>Locate, and then select, your Windows 8 ISO file. Then click or touch <b>Open</b>.<br /><br /><b>Note:</b>
 If you downloaded Windows 8 from Microsoft, check your Downloads folder
 or your Desktop for the ISO image. If you created an ISO image from 
your Windows 8 DVD, the ISO file will be wherever you created it to.<br />
  </li>
<li>Click or touch <b>Next</b>.<br />
  </li>
<li>Choose <b>USB device</b> on the <i>Step 2 of 4: Choose media type</i> screen.<br /><br /><b>Note:</b> As you can see here, there is also a <i>DVD</i>
 option. While it doesn't do us much good in this case, since the end 
game is to get Windows 8's setup files on a flash drive, you could also 
use this tool to burn a Windows 8 ISO image to a DVD or BD disc.<br />
  </li>
<li>On the <i>Step 3 of 4: Insert USB device</i> screen, choose from the drop-down box the flash drive or USB-connected external <a href="http://pcsupport.about.com/od/componentprofiles/p/p_hdd.htm">hard drive</a> you want to put the Windows 8 setup files onto and then touch or click <b>Begin copying</b>.<br /><br /><b>Tip:</b>
 If you haven't yet plugged in the USB storage device you're planning on
 using, you can do that now and then touch or click the blue refresh 
button to make it show up in the list.<br />
  </li>
<li>Click or touch <b>Erase USB Device</b> if you're prompted to do so on a <i>Not Enough Free Space</i> window. If you don't see this, don't worry, it just means that your flash drive or external hard disk is already empty.<br /><br /><b>Important:</b>
 If this message didn't make it apparent, you should know that whatever 
data you might have on this drive is going to be erased as part of the 
process of getting the Windows 8 setup files copied.<br />
  </li>
<li>On <i>Step 4 of 4: Creating bootable USB device</i>, just wait for the Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool to prepare the drive and copy the Windows 8 installation files to it.<br /><br />
 The first <i>Status</i> you see will be <i>Formatting</i>, which 
will take anywhere from a few to several seconds, depending on how large
 the USB drive is that you're using. Next will be <i>Copying files</i>
 which could take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes, possibly longer, 
depending on which Windows 8 ISO file you're working from, as well as on
 how fast your flash drive, USB connection, and computer is.<br /><br /><b>Tip:</b>
 Don't worry if the percentage indicator jumps ahead quickly but then 
sits on a single number for a very long time. While it might not make a 
lot of sense to behave that way, it doesn't necessarily mean anything is
 wrong.<br />

<li>Assuming everything went as planned, the next screen should say <b>Bootable USB device created successfully</b> with a <i>Status</i> that says <i>Backup completed</i>.<br /><br />
 You can now close the Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool program window. 
The flash drive, or other external USB drive you're using, now has the 
necessary files on it to install Windows 8 and is also properly 
configured to be <a href="http://pcsupport.about.com/od/termsag/g/termboot.htm">booted</a> from.<br />

<a href="http://pcsupport.about.com/od/tipstricks/ht/bootusbflash.htm">Boot from the USB device</a> that you just created to start the Windows 8 install process.<br /><br /><b>Tip:</b> If the Windows 8 setup process doesn't start, it's very likely that you'll need to make <a href="http://pcsupport.about.com/od/termsb/g/bootorder.htm">boot order</a> changes in the <a href="http://pcsupport.about.com/od/termsb/p/bios.htm">BIOS</a>.  If you have a UEFI based system and you still can't boot Windows 8 
Setup from the flash drive, even after setting the USB device first in

<li>The Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool formats the USB drive as <a href="http://pcsupport.about.com/od/termsns/g/ntfs.htm">NTFS</a>, a <a href="http://pcsupport.about.com/od/termsf/g/filesystem.htm">file system</a> that many UEFI based computers will not boot from when on a USB drive.<br /><br />
 To work around this issue, you'll need to copy the data off the flash drive, reformat the flash drive using the older <a href="http://pcsupport.about.com/od/termsf/g/fat.htm">FAT32</a> file system, and then copy the data back onto it.</li>
