QMobile is a new name in the tablet industry and while its first attempt, <a href="http://rexhacker.blogspot.com/2014/01/qmobile-announces-its-first-tablet-qtab.html" target="_blank">QTab X50</a>,

Its second offering lies in the more-popular 7″ territory and is called

The important thing with QTab Q300 is that like its bigger sibling, 
this particular tablet also comes with 2G and 3G support and unlike the 
QTab X50, dual-sim connectivity.<br />

Rest of the specs for QTab Q300 are quite uninspiring given that this
 tablet lies in the budget territory. The display has a resolution of 
1024 x 600 pixels which certainly isn’t impressive.<br />

Under the hood, with QTab Q300 you get an unspecified dual-core

LED Flash. A 2 megapixel camera is also found at the front of QTab Q300.
 You also get Wi-Fi, microUSB, Bluetooth 4.0, FM Radio and GPS. Battery 
capacity is set at 2,800 mAh which will be just fine.<br />

Sony’s original NEX-6 DSLR is probably one of our favourite cameras 
of all time. Getting a sophisticated package in an outfit which is only 
just bigger than one of the heftier point-and-shoots still feels like a 
dream today.<br />

While we still live in that dream, Sony has done us a favour by announcing its successor, the A6000.<br />

The new mirrorless Sony A6000 camera comes with a 24.3 megapixel 
APS-C sensor and a BIONZ X processor, a combination which results in the
 world’s fastest autofocus with a lag of just 0.06 seconds. Continuous 
shooting speeds also reach 11 fps, with tracking AF. Sony A6000 also has
 as many as 179 focal points. ISO levels can reach up to ISO 25,600.<br />

Towards the back of Sony A6000 there lies an OLED viewfinder and a 3″
 movable touchscreen. A pop-up flash reveals itself from the top. The 
A6000 is also capable of shooting Full HD videos at up to 60p. So no 4K 
but most people won’t mind that.<br />

The new image processor assists during low-light photography.<br />

The camera supports file transfers via Wi-Fi, DLNA, NFC and HDMI. The
 design is quite similar to the NEX-6 but the button layout is a bit 
different. There is a bit more premium feel to it than before and the 
camera itself is slightly larger.<br />

As for the price, the A6000 is substantially cheaper than the NEX-6, 
starting at $650 for just the body, and $800 with Sony’s 16-50mm lens. 
Compared to that, the camera it replaces cost $1000 initially so the 
deal doesn’t sound too bad to us.</div>

Mobilink Foundation in collaboration with Islamabad Traffic Police 
(ITP) organized the ‘Mobilink Road Safety Painting Competition’ at the 
Open Air Theater Shakarparian, Islamabad.<br />

The painting competition was aimed at increasing the awareness about road safety to encourage a traffic rules savvy generation.<br />

Hundreds of children from Government and private schools of the twin cities took part in the competition.<br />

Participating students were asked to use their imagination to 
visually depict simple yet critical topics related to road safety and 
associated hazards using the medium of art.<br />

A unique feature of the event was the involvement of special children
 who shared their perspectives on the need for safety measures 
specifically designed for those with special needs.<br />

Omar Manzur, Head of Corporate Communication Mobilink praised the art
 of the school children and encouraged them to learn about road safety 
measures.<br />

Nokia has announced a new Windows Phone in its Lumia lineup, the 
Lumia Icon. The phone is based on the Lumia 1520 and has virtually the 
same spec sheet.<br />

Lumia Icon comes with a 5.1″Super Sensitive ClearBlack AMOLED display
 with Full HD resolution. Lumia Icon isn’t the most compact of phones, 
being 9.8mm thick and 167g heavy.<br />

Under the hood, Lumia Icon features with a 2.2Ghz quad-core processor with 2 GB worth memory and 32 GB non-expandable storage.<br />

At the back lies the entire package’s main attraction: the coveted

with a 2,420 mAh battery which might not sound much but wireless
