Huawei has announced a new budget phone for its price-conscious 
audiences with the new Ascend Y530. The phone comes with a 4.5″ display 
and a youthful design.<br />

The display comes with a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels which is just fine for a display of this size.
<br />
Under the hood, you’ll find a 1.2Ghz dual-core Snapdragon 200 processor with 512 MB RAM and 1 GB expandable storage.
<br />
Around the back lies a 5 megapixel camera with LED Flash, coupled by a VGA shooter at the front.
<br />
The OS running on the phone is Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, customized with Emotion UI. A 1,750 mAh battery completes the mix.

Samsung has announced a new version of its <a href="http://rexhacker.blogspot.com/2013/10/samsung-along-with-ufone-launches.html" target="_blank">Note 3 smartphone</a>, in the Note 3 Neo with stripped down specs and of course the price.<br />

The display of the phone is trimmed by 0.2 inches to a 5.5″ Super 
AMOLED unit. The big bummer is the resolution, which is bumped down from
 1080p to 720p HD. The design is inspired from the Note, however, with a
 leathery back.<br />

Beneath, you will find a quad-core 1.6Ghz Cortex A7 processor. The 
special “LTE+” version will get a hexa-core processor though, consisting
 of a 1.7Ghz dual-core Cortex-A15 and a 1.3Ghz quad-core Cortex A7 
processor. There will also be 2 GB worth RAM and 16 gigs of expandable 
storage.<br />

Towards the back will be an 8 megapixel camera with 1080p video, down

Being a Note, the most important aspect of the phone is the S-Pen itself which, thankfully, isn’t forgotten.<br />

days after they left the  terminal, just by capturing their device

 in Canada, and slurped information from the free Internet hotspots to 
track anyone who passed through the airport terminal, and could be 
tracked throughout the country by cross-referencing it with the 
intercepted information from Wifi at cafes, libraries and other public 
places, although it is not clear that they were tracking only the users 
who logged-in to the WiFi services or not.</div>

But It is also possible that one
 can capture the MAC addresses of all the available devices within the 
range of a Wi-Fi device (using some special tools like <i>Aircrack-NG</i>,
 a wifi hacking toolkit), even without making a login connection, where 
the MAC address of the traveler's device represents its unique 
identification. Same capturing devices were implemented  throughout the 
country in all public places, hotels, coffee shops and restaurants, 
libraries, ground transportation hubs, movie halls etc. to capture the 
MAC addresses.</div>

Using a database of all 
collected MAC addresses from all over the country, it becomes possible 
for the spy agencies to track the location of a traveler by 
cross-referencing its unique identification i.e. MAC address.</div>

The Document shows the federal 
intelligence agency was collecting MAC addresses also in the U.S. 
Airports, and literally at other thousands of public places in the U.S.</div>

An application has been filed with Sindh High Court to issue Contempt
 of Court notices to Mr. Lars Christian Iuel, CEO, Telenor Pakistan and 
Mr. Salman Malik, CEO, Telenor LDI Communications, a subsidiary of 
Telenor Pakistan, for <a href="http://rexhacker.blogspot.com/2014/01/breaking-telenor-exits-ich.html" target="_blank">exiting ICH</a> when the court had directed all ICH players to maintain the status quo on ICH till further notice.<br />

It merits mentioning here that Sindh High Court had issued an interim
 directive on January 27th, 2014 for maintaining the Status Quo of 
International Clearing House or ICH till any further notice.<br />

A court order sent today (January 31st, 2014) to CEO, Telenor 
Pakistan and CEO of Telenor LDI Communication – copy of which is 
available with RexHacker – said that both the individuals are 
required to appear in the court in person on February 4th, 2014 to 
submit their reply against the application filed by LDI operators.<br />

It maybe recalled that Telenor – on January 29th, 2014 – <a href="http://rexhacker.blogspot.com/2014/01/breaking-telenor-exits-ich.html" target="_blank">announced</a> that it exited ICH citing huge losses due to increased grey traffic and hence lesser revenues from LDI business.<br />

In its press release – received by media on Jan 29th – Telenor maintained that it exited ICH on January 25th, 2014.<br />

Our sources confirm that Telenor Pakistan was not happy the revenue 
share it was getting through ICH. Sources said that due to decrement in 
its revenues, Telenor had asked PTA and ICH consortium to compensate it 
through MTR-I (Mobile Termination Rate) of Rs. 1.20 per minute, which 
was never implemented and as a protest Telenor exited ICH.<br />

Telenor said that it had communicated its concerns to PTA and 
Ministry of IT, well ahead of exiting ICH, but they were never addressed
 and it was left with no option but to leave ICH.<br />

Amid opposition from CCP, ICH was implemented on October 1st, 2012
 with a primary purpose of eliminating grey traffic. However, grey 
traffic only grew after ICH and legal international incoming traffic to 
Pakistan dropped from 1.9 billion minutes per month to mere 450 million 
minutes per month.<br />

Interestingly, since ICH was formed on the direction of Pakistan 
Telecommunication Authority under the policy from Ministry of 
Information technology, it remains unclear if Telenor could exit ICH on 
its own without any approvals from PTA.</div>

PTCL, on its website, said that 2Mbps Economy Package will allow all 
existing 1Mbps Economy Package subscribers to enjoy double data rate

 will be shifted to 2Mbps Economy package for ever.<br />

It was way better if PTCL had offered an opt-in upgrade instead of 
forcefully upgrading customers to high-bandwidths and then charging 
extra from them after the promotion period.<br />
