He said that PTA welcomes any suggestions to further improve the whole process. <br /> Earlier on Chairman PTA, Dr. Syed Ismail Shah gave detailed presentation to Minister about web analysis of obnoxious content and the challenges faced in this regard. <br /> Federal Secretary for MoIT, Mr. Akhlaq Ahmad Tarar, Chairman PTA, Dr. Syed Ismail Shah, Member (Finance) Mr. Tariq Sultan, senior officers of MOIT, PTA, PTCL and TWA were present on this occasion. <br /> During her visit, the Minister applauded the effort of PTA on running a Day Care Centre for working women creating a conducive working environment for young mothers.</div>

They obviously haven’t been scraped and removed altogether though.<br /> The step comes after <a href="http://rexhacker.blogspot.com/2013/10/nokia-to-end-support-for-symbian-and.html" target="_blank">it announced a while back</a> that all Symbian and Meego services will be ceased on 1st January 2014.<br /> Users will be able to install apps for an indefinite amount of time while the developers will be able to reap in profits. However, these profits won’t be a lot as sales of the OS have continued to fall with the last phone running on the OS getting released in early 2012. The idea of snapping and sharing photos directly from your camera wirelessly and conveniently does sound quite tempting to us but the execution wasn’t perfect.<br /> Here it is though, announcing its second take on the idea: the Galaxy Camera 2. The new Android-running point-and-shoot comes with a snappier processor, more RAM, a new image processor, NFC and a new design.<br /> The basics are still the same. You get a 4.8″ 720p Super Clear LCD Display at the front. Android 4.3 Jelly Bean comes pre-installed on the camera. The camera still captures 16.3 megapixel photos through its 1/2.3″ BSI sensor. Also you get the same 21X optical zoom, up to 3200 ISO and Optical Image Stabilization.<br /> However, you do get a new pop-up Xenon Flash and Autofocus Light. The Galaxy Camera 2 features 28 shooting modes in total, with additional control over focusing and exposure via the touchscreen for professionals. Videos remain at 1080p Full HD at 30fps, as well as slo-mo at 120fps.<br /> Apart from that, you also get a 1.6Ghz quad-core processor with 2 GB RAM, 8 GB internal storage (2.8 GB is accessible), which is also expandable. Battery capacity is set at 2,000 mAh which should be enough for around 350 shots.<br /> As for the design, we are seeing the same leathery finish as we saw on the later Samsung flagships.<br /> We don’t know when it will be put up on retail but we should be getting more details at the CES event next week.</div>

However, PTCL was using 1975-1981.875 and 1895-1901.875 MHz thus occupying extra 3.75 MHz of band not originally allocated to them.<br /> PTCL was reportedly using this extra band in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Lahore and Karachi.<br /> Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, based on these findings, imposed a fine on PTCL in 2011, which was challenged by PTCL in Islamabad High Court by maintaining that PTA’s decision is unjust.<br /> Islamabad High Court recently concluded the case in favour of PTA and dismissed PTCL’s petition by saying: “PTCL has failed to point out any illegality or infirmity in the impugned order, hence the appeal is dismissed”<br /> Now, after all this, PTCL has approached Supreme Court of Pakistan against PTA’s original decision.<br /> Supreme Court has asked PTA and five ISPs to submit their response on the matter.<br /> It merits mentioning here that ISPAK had lodged a complaint with NAB (National Accountability Bureau) on the alleged extra use of spectrum by PTCL. Reportedly they had completed investigations on this and were at verge of registering a criminal case against PTCL but have shelved that due to pressure from high-ups.<br /> Just to add, earlier this year, Ministry of IT had asked PTCL to abandon the extra spectrum.</div>
