International Conference on Information and Computer Technology (ICICT 
2013), that was held at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) 
Karachi on the 14th and 15th of December 2013.<br />

ICICT is a broad-based, dynamic and fully reviewed conference that 
aims to capture the new researches in the field of Information and 
Communication Technologies. This year the main objective of the 
Conference was to provide a platform for researchers, engineers,

 to present their research results and development activities in 
Information and Computer Technology.<br />

Samsung Releases an Infographic on the Evolution of Displays in Smartphones

Samsung may have been leading the smartphone race by some distance 
but it hasn’t forgotten the past. Instead, they’ve released a new

21st century when we first got color displays. By the end of the first

Voice has announced a new addition to its Android line-up with the 
new Xtreme V75. The handset costs lies in the mid-budget category, and 
comes with a 5 inch display, quad-core processor and 8 megapixel 
rear-shooter.<br />

The screen is of qHD resolution which is a bit disappointing for a 
display this large. It does come with scratch-resistant coating though.

Telenor Pakistan has become the largest Automated Meter Reading (AMR)
 solutions provider in the country with an on-going deployment of 17,000
 smart meters in five cities of Pakistan including Islamabad, Hyderabad,

Automatic meter reading, or AMR, is the technology of automatically 
collecting consumption, diagnostic, and status data from water meter or
