Mobilink has established a new Sales Office and Customer Care Centre
in Muzzafarabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), said a statement issued
by the company.
Mobilink’s office location is Apex Tower at the famous Garhi Ban Chowk, Muzzafarabad.
Newly opened office will facilitate 8 franchisees and 3,500 retailers
to provide voice, data and mobile financial services support to the
customers. The office will cater to the needs of the 10 districts of AJK
to establish a stronger footprint of Mobilink’s presence in the region.
Mobilink office was formally inaugurated at an in-house ribbon cutting ceremony yesterday.
The inauguration was later announced in a press conference with the
local media fraternity of Muzzafarabad which was chaired by the
Honorable President Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Mr. Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob
Khan and Rashid Khan, President and CEO, Mobilink.
Speaking at the press conference, the President Azad Jammu and
Kashmir, Mr. Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan said, “Mobilink has yet again
brought another momentous apportunity for access to telecommunications
to the people of Azad Jammu & Kashmir through a dedicated office. We
are pleased to see Pakistan’s largest telecom organization
strengthening its presence in this region and greatly appreciate the
efforts of Mobilink in extending their support to provide the best
telecommunication services in the country.”
Rashid Khan, President and CEO Mobilink expressed his views saying,

The office has been equipped with the latest software and facilities in order to ensure best customer experience.
The Sales Office will cater to the needs of 4.5 million people of AJK
districts with support from its retail partners and franchise offices.
The Customer Care Center cater to customer queries from the district
of Muzzafarabad and adjourning areas while providing back end support to
the franchise and retail outlets across the 10 districts of Azad Jammu
and Kashmir.
