Company’s share price has doubled since the plan was announced in early September.<br /> After the completion of takeover, Nokia will continue to continue to remain as a company outside of Microsoft and will retain rights to its brand name and management.<br /> However, for a period of 10 years, Nokia — as a brand name — will be licensed to Microsoft, which it will use for for Asha and other low-end phones.<br /> Microsoft will use its own (yet to be decided) brand name for Smartphones.<br /> After the deal is finalised, Microsoft will also be free to use and license any of Nokia’s patents. The Finnish company’s HERE and Solutions & Networks divisions will keep operating on their own in the future.<br /> So finally, with the shareholders happy and willing, Nokia is all but ready to move to Redmond.</div>

It is therefore advised to all the companies authorized to bring international incoming calls to Pakistan to get their IP addresses whitelisted by contacting PTA immediately. <br /> White listing of IP addresses by the authorized users/companies would help them use the services without any interruption. <br /> If IP addresses are not reported to PTA for whitelisting as per the prescribed procedure, they would be blocked without any further notice. The laptop weighs just 1.12kg.<br /> Prices start at $1446 for the V634 model with 22 hour battery life, while the V834 which will come with a touchscreen display but much less attractive 14 hour battery life can be bought for $1530.<br /> This is a lot of money but then again, Windows 8 laptop with a 10 hour battery life is rare nowadays, let alone be a 22 hour one.</div>

The last of these two specs are improvements but that’s about it.  <br /> 8 megapixel camera, capable of shooting 1080p video can be found at the back but we naturally believe you won’t use it often. Apart from the 4G LTE connectivity, there isn’t much to right home about. <br /> Lastly, for those of you who still find the P’9982 an average-looking phone, there will also be an even more limited (and bonkers) crocodile-leather model. <br /> Still, in these times of uncertainty and worries, a normal mind always wonders what compelled BlackBerry to made <i>this</i>. <br /> It’s a good thing that they made only 500 units.
